The Nonprofit Operations Workshop provides the training, tools, and resources to help you run your nonprofit effectively and efficiently. This comprehensive, year-long operations training program is custom-designed for the issues and needs of executives and operations staff of small and mid-sized nonprofit organizations.

We help you create efficient day-to-day operations to prevent problems, avoid crises, and increase efficiency.

The Nonprofit Operations Workshop includes:

  • 22 hours of classroom training from experts in their fields - HR, finance, law, and nonprofit operations.

  • 3 hours of one-on-one consulting with an expert team member.

  • Tools and templates to build and secure your organization’s operational foundation.

  • A cohort group of up to 20 people from 10 organizations to collaborate, share successes, brainstorm solutions, and discuss the changing landscape via Slack and Zoom.

  • Referrals to providers offering services to help with benefits, banking, legal, insurance, hiring, and more to make your organization more efficient and effective.

Join a cohort for eleven 2-hour sessions throughout the year. Each session includes classroom instruction and Q&A time covering topics critical to nonprofit operations:
